General Sales Conditions

Saleplas, S.L. with VAT No. ES B-45226412, establishes the following sales conditions and understands that the customer accepts them when placing an order:

Primera. Saleplas, S.L. reserves the right to modify both the catalogues and price lists at any time without prior notice, as well as the characteristics and specifications of the products to provide a better service to our customers.

Second. All the prices shown in our price lists do not include VAT or any other tax or cost, which shall be borne by the customer. The prices are valid for Spain.

Third. The prices are for materials stored in our warehouse placed at Madridejos (TOLEDO). Para más información sobre los portes aplicable, por favor póngase en contacto con nuestro Departamento Comercial. For more information about transport charges, please consult our Sales Department.

Fourth. The orders must be made in writing, including the sign and seal of the customer, or by telephone. If no disagreement is expressed by the customer, the telephone orders will be managed 24 h after sending the order confirmation document in compliance with these General Sales Terms. Saleplas, S.L. will accept no responsibility for any transcription mistake in the orders made by telephone that have no written confirmation by the customer. The orders may be supplied partially, without constituting a cancellation. Saleplas, S.L. will not be obliged to supply information or technical details for the materials that are not listed in our catalogues or price lists, considering them as special orders.

Fifth. The delivery times are estimated in working days from the next day of the confirmation of the order. The date of the delivery refers to the date of dispatch of the goods from our premises. The failure to comply with the delivery dates due to causes beyond our control or not directly attributable to Saleplas, S.L., will not give rise to any commitment or responsibility.

Sixth. Orders of special products or merchandise that is not in stock and is purchased exclusively at the request of our customers cannot be returned, cancelled or modified, unless expressly authorized by Saleplas, S.L. In the case that the return, cancellation or modification is accepted, Saleplas, S.L. reserves the right to change the discounts, prices or payment method. A penalty percentage may be applied for the expenses caused.

Returns of standard products after a year from the reception by the customer will likewise not be accepted (these items will be highlighted in GREEN colour). To arrange the return of the merchandise, there must be a written confirmation by SALEPLAS, S.L. The returned goods must be in good order and sent packed and freight pre-paid to our warehouse located in Ctra. Consuegra – Madridejos, km 6,400, in Madridejos (TOLEDO) Spain, Postal Code 45710.

Seventh. Any complaint related to manufacturing defects must be made in writing within one year from the delivery of the goods. The customer must send the complaint form correctly filled and also samples of the defective materials, if needed, within 15 days after the acknowledgement of the complaint. Once the complaint is accepted, the customer shall make available the defective goods within a maximum period of 1 month in order to be picked up by Saleplas. Saleplas, S.L. is responsible for replacing the defective materials, excluding any other liability for compensation or damages caused by our products. Saleplas, S.L. will not be liable for any potential problem arising for any private transport agency.

Eighth. The guarantee of our products is one year from the delivery date, which will be the one stated in the delivery note. A wrong installation/handling of our products will cancel any guarantee or responsibility on the part of Saleplas, S.L.

Ninth. Unless concession or credit granted, the payments will always be made by cash deposit or bank transfer before the delivery of the goods. No payment delay will be admitted under any circumstances, taking into consideration that any failure to pay will entail the cancellation of the guarantee of the supplied products as well as the standstill of pending orders of the customer, if any. This entitles Saleplas, S.L. to take the necessary measures to ensure the payment of the credit amounts.

Tenth. Our customer service hours by telephone and in our offices will be: mornings 9 to 14 h, afternoons 16 to 19 h from the 1st February to the 30th September, and afternoons 15 to 18 h from the 1st October to 31st January.

Eleventh. Saleplas, S.L., as responsible for the treatment, informs you that the personal data provided by you are processed for the provision of services and/or the supply of the products you have requested, invoicing and sending you commercial communications. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, as well as other rights that you can exercise by sending a formal communication by postal mail to our official address or by email: rrll@saleplas.eu. Twelfth. In order to settle any dispute or conflict about the applications of these conditions, both Saleplas, S.L. and the customer agree to subject themselves to the Courts of Toledo, renouncing his own jurisdiction, if different.

Once the product has reached the end of its useful life, Saleplas, S.L. recommends to collect the waste and take it to an authorized waste manager. This way, you will contribute to ensuring a correct treatment and environmental protection.
